Methuen Police looks to their Followers to Assist in Identification of Two Youths who Broke in to Methuen High School and Caused Damage Inside
On Saturday, September 16, 2017 at approximately 6:43pm, Officers were called to the Methuen High School for the report of a break into the school with damage inside. This was the second time Officers had responded on that day. The first was at approximately 4:25pm for the report of an alarm where, upon investigation, was no evidence of a break or damage to the building.
At this time, approximately 6:43pm, upon investigation, Officers and Custodians noticed an open door in the area of the ice rink and damage to ceiling tiles in the skate room.
Security video reveals that two males of high school age, were trying outside doors and then seen inside the building. One of the males was approximately 5’4″ wearing a white baseball cap with USA on the front. He was wearing white short sleeve shirt with gray on the front, the number 23 on it, and black sleeves. He had black jeans on and white high top sneakers. The second male was approximately 5’7″, wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans and dirty white sneakers.
The two boys were last seen they leaving the school via the back ice rink doors and heading towards the tennis courts.
