This evening, Sunday, December 9, 2012, at 5:30pm, the sky was lit by the annual tree lighting ceremony at the Nevin’s Library on Broadway in Methuen. Patiently waiting, spectators sipped hot cocoa, munched on Holiday cookies, sang carols with the choir, and even got to visit with Santa!

A Special Thank You to all who brought a card for Nathan. Nathan is a little boy battling cancer who’s wish is to receive cards from Police Officers from all over. Methuen Officer’s along with Officer’s from many other cities and towns will be making the journey to Virginia to deliver cards to Nathan next week.
